YCM’s work in the medical field began from collaborative research in hospital mold prevention. The recognition from that research became a turning point: it showed that mold was not only an environmental or product-quality issue, but also a hidden concern inside spaces designed for healing.

The medical journey started with direct questions: where does mold come from in hospitals, how does it spread, and what harm can it cause? By focusing on risk zones and environmental factors, YCM developed a clearer picture of mold behavior in medical environments.

This perspective now supports more informed conversations with hospitals and clinical teams. Instead of treating mold as an isolated maintenance problem, YCM helps medical environments understand how facility conditions, microbial presence, and patient-safety concerns intersect.
